At this month’s Brunch & Learn\, you’ll find out about:\n\n\nHow 16 homeless service providers are working together to make access to services easier for people without homes.\nExternal challenges\, and local collaborative solutions.\nHow Community Action is bringing new funding and resources to Skagit County to launch Care Coordination\, a model that’s been successful in other Washington counties to improve homeless services.\nWhat you and your organization can do to help!\n\n\nAbout the Brunch & Learn:\n\n\n\nJoin us from 9-10 a.m. on the first Wednesday of each month for “Virtual Brunch & Learn with Community Action!” Back in “The Beforetimes”\, Community Action hosted monthly Lunch & Learn sessions for our partners\, volunteers\, staff\, donors and anyone else interested to: 1) Learn about a community need\, 2) what the community is doing to solve it together\, and 3) Community Action’s role.
