DESCRIPTION:What is FCS Supported Employment?\nFCS is a program that assists Medicaid enrollees who meet specific eligibility requirements obtain and maintain stable employment. We are now at the Anacortes Community Action office twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am- 12 pm!\n\n  \nWho is eligible?\nServices are for Medicaid eligible individuals who are at least 16 years old with a complex health need. These include: \n\nEnrolled in the state Housing and Essential Needs (HEN) Program or Aged\, Blind or Disabled (ABD) Program\nSubstance use disorder (SUD) with a history of multiple treatments\nSerious mental illness (SMI) or co-occurring mental and substance use disorders\nIndividuals receiving long-term services and supports\nDifficulty obtaining or maintaining employment due to age\, physical or mental impairment or traumatic brain injury\n\nHow do you get referred? \nIf you or someone you know is interested\, please complete the referral form on our website.
