Concrete Community Center is a public-private partnership owned by Skagit County and managed by Community Action to provide access to an array of services to the residents of East Skagit County. The Community Center is a welcoming place that provides programs and services for people of all ages and backgrounds in the East County area with a goal of strengthening community relationships.
Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (excluding holidays).
These services include a meal program which consists of both a breakfast and lunch prepared fresh daily. Breakfast is served from 8:30 am – 9:30 am and lunch is from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Monday through Friday.
The Veterans support office gives veterans a place to come for comradery, a place to come in out of the cold and enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Every Wednesday our Veteran service officer will be available from 9:00 – 3:00 to assist with claims and other veteran related matters.
Concrete Community Center offers an ideal location for volunteering and skill building opportunities to prepare for employment and or personal enrichment.
