Concrete Community Center is a public-private partnership owned by Skagit County and managed by Community Action to provide access to an array of services to the residents of east Skagit County. The Community Center is a welcoming place that provides programs and services for people of all ages and backgrounds in the East County area with a goal of strengthening community relationships.

As of May 19, 2025, the Concrete Community Center is closed to the public for remodeling. We will be providing sack lunches Monday-Friday from 11:45-12:45- except on holidays at the Mount Baker Presbyterian Church (45705 Main Street, Concrete, WA 98237).
