Concrete Community Center is a public-private partnership owned by Skagit County and managed by Community Action to provide access to an array of services to the residents of east Skagit County. The Community Center is a welcoming place that provides programs and services for people of all ages and backgrounds in the East County area with a goal of strengthening community relationships.

Meal Service Program
Hot Meal Program (Pay what you can- suggested donation $5):
The Concrete Community Centers serves a hot meal Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm; everyone is welcome. This program is a partnership between Community Action and Skagit County and relies heavily upon donations to cover program costs.
In addition to the meal program, Concrete Community Center also hosts a variety of activities throughout the week. For more information about meals and other programs, please contact the East County Resource Center at (360) 416-1733.
