Emergency vouchers for basic needs to eligible residents. Walk-ins welcome.
Senior Food Box
Free grocery home delivery to eligible seniors across Skagit County. Participants receive a 30-pound box of shelf-stable staples—including cereal, juice, rice or pasta, milk, protein, and produce—along with an additional 15-pound box of fresh fruits and vegetables, delivered by friendly volunteers with multiple delivery days available. To qualify, you must be at least 60 years old with a monthly household income of $1,957 or less for a single person, or $2,644 or less for two people (limits are higher for larger households). Energy & Utility Assistance
Helps pay home energy costs for eligible households. Call for an appointment (360) 428-1011.
Veterans Services
We will connect veterans to available resources and partner organizations.
Food Access
Assistance completing basic food applications and scheduling appointments with DSHS for approval.

Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutritional Program
WIC is here Monday-Thursday from 9am-3pm. WIC provides food vouchers for pregnant and nursing parents, infants and children (up to age 5). Call for an appointment (360) 416-7595.
