The Benefits Planner at Community Action of Skagit County provides essential benefit guidance and employment support for individuals enrolled in the Foundational Community Supports program. Our Benefits Planner helps participants understand and navigate state and federal benefits, including health coverage and other supports that may impact their employment journey.

During a Benefits Planning session, our Benefits Planner works one-on-one with clients to clarify how work, income changes, or life transitions may affect their benefits and their budget. By offering accurate information and personalized planning, the Benefits Planner helps participants move toward their employment goals and build long-term, sustainable independence.
