FLARE is a free program that helps individuals and families develop the skills and confidence needed to improve their financial future. Each week, participants learn practical tools for budgeting, renter education, financial habits, credit, debt management, and saving. The program offers guidance, support, and real strategies for achieving greater financial stability.
