You’re invited! The third annual Skagit Lead & Serve Expo is a volunteer and board service fair for community members who are interested in making our community a better place to live. Free and open to the public, Expo will be held Fri., May 1, from 11:30 – 2:00 at the Skagit Valley College Cardinal Center Cafeteria. Visitors are encouraged to park in the McIntyre Hall parking lot. Come meet representatives from a variety of nonprofit organizations, serving a wide range of people and issues in Skagit County, and find out where you belong! Learn how you can get involved with one of 25 great organizations in a leadership position as a board or committee member or find out about the many other ways to volunteer. Together we can accomplish more! This event is free and open to the public! This event is sponsored by EDASC/Leadership Skagit, Skagit Valley College, the Skagit Community Foundation, and Community Action’s Skagit Volunteer Center.
