Or are you a passionate community volunteer who organizes other volunteers? This Skagit Volunteer Coordinators Network social is for YOU! Come meet others who can support your learning and professional development.
Who is this for? Skagit arts organizations, enviro groups, human services advocates, economic development ambassadors, healthcare, education, technology, YOU NAME IT — volunteer coordinators across sectors are encouraged to attend! We all have something to learn.

  • 3:00-3:15: Volunteer Coordinators meet and greet 
  • 3:15-3:30: BRIEF group introductions:
    • 1 min. or less each: Name, org, and “I need advice on…” or “I have resources to give….” Take notes! Connect with each others later!
  • 3:30-4:00: Planning for 2024: 
    • How can we mobilize more Skagit volunteers than ever in 2024? Your ideas for individual, group, one-time and ongoing volunteer opportunities.
    • What do YOU need for training, peer learning, and collaboration? How can the people in the room support each other?
    • What can we do better together than on our own?
    • Training: What are your volunteer management training needs?
