What is FCS Supported Employment?
FCS is a program that assists Medicaid enrollees who meet specific eligibility requirements obtain and maintain stable employment. We are now at the Anacortes Community Action office twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am- 12 pm!

Who is eligible?
Services are for Medicaid eligible individuals who are at least 16 years old with a complex health need. These include:

- Enrolled in the state Housing and Essential Needs (HEN) Program or Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) Program
- Substance use disorder (SUD) with a history of multiple treatments
- Serious mental illness (SMI) or co-occurring mental and substance use disorders
- Individuals receiving long-term services and supports
- Difficulty obtaining or maintaining employment due to age, physical or mental impairment or traumatic brain injury
How do you get referred?
